Benefits

KylinSil 219 Silicone Surfactant is designed primarily to provide levelling, slip and mar resistance in water and solvent borne paints, inks and coatings. This additive also improves anti blocking properties, gloss and substrate wetting.

Dosage

0.1 ~ 1.0% w/w in coatings to improve leveling and mar-resistance;

0.5 ~ 2.0 part for each 100 part polyol for preparing flexible PU foam;

Preproduction testing is necessary to determine the optimum dosage for each particular application. Dow Corning 190
