Dipyrithione solubility in water is 0,8 - 0,9 % of the pure compound at 20°C, which is adequate to formulate transparent shampoos.

Dimethylformamide 0,8 %.

 

Application

Anti-dandruff agent in shampoo formulations.

Recommended concentration in shampoos: 0,5 - 1 % based on active
